Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager - Move, Add, Change (MAC) to support workplace transformation on client sites in Dearborn, MI. You’ll lead MAC programs, manage relocations and space changes, and coordinate stakeholders across facilities, IT, security, and vendors to deliver projects with minimal disruption.

The role requires a 4+ year track record in workplace/project management, strong communication, budgeting, scheduling, and proficiency with Procore and the MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in workplace/facilities or related projects.
• Experience managing MAC programs, office relocations, or occupancy projects.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with multiple concurrent projects.
• Knowledge of workplace services, facilities operations, space planning, and move management processes.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and workplace management tools.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Facilities, IT, Security, Real Estate, and vendors.
• Strong problem-solving, budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage MAC projects including relocations, reconfigurations, furniture deployments, and restacks.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze, track, and manage schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Ensure use of governance, processes, and systems throughout projects.
• Produce status reports, schedules, occupancy and risk logs, and updates.
• Monitor multiple MAC projects against standards and requirements.
• Interface with facilities, technology, security, furniture, and construction vendors.
• Forecast milestones, budgets, occupancy plans, and resource needs.
• Coordinate space planning and occupancy strategies with business needs.
• Oversee move planning, execution, and post-move support; support change management.

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager - Move, Add, Change (MAC) to support workplace transformation, office reconfigurations, employee relocations, churn management, and capital improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be driven to provide exceptional client service while managing multiple Move, Add, Change projects in dynamic and occupied environments.

This role is on-site at our client's campus in Dearborn, MI.

What you'll do

• Manage Move, Add, Change (MAC) projects including employee relocations, workspace reconfigurations, furniture installations, office restacks, departmental moves, and workplace enhancements.
• Coordinate stakeholders including clients, facilities teams, architects, engineers, furniture vendors, IT teams, contractors, and move management providers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze, track, and manage project schedules, critical milestones, and dependencies to minimize disruptions to business operations.
• Verify that effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized throughout project execution.
• Ensure application of workplace project management best practices across all assigned projects.
• Produce project status reports, move schedules, occupancy reports, risk logs, and executive updates as required.
• Monitor multiple concurrent MAC projects to ensure compliance with client workplace standards, design guidelines, and operational requirements.
• Manage interfaces between facilities, technology, security, furniture, and construction vendors through regular meetings and project trackers.
• Coordinate the flow of project information through stakeholder meetings, written communications, and move readiness reviews.
• Forecast and update project milestones, schedules, budgets, occupancy plans, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate space planning and workplace changes in alignment with business needs and occupancy strategies.
• Oversee move planning, move execution, furniture deployment, and post-move support activities.
• Support change management initiatives and communicate workplace changes effectively to impacted stakeholders.
• Ensure all project activities are delivered with minimal disruption to ongoing business operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 4years of project management experience supporting workplace, facilities, move management, space planning, or construction-related projects.
• Experience managing Move, Add, Change (MAC) programs, office relocations, workplace transformations, or occupancy projects.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

• Effective presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and workplace management/project management tools.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Facilities, IT, Security, Real Estate, and external vendors.
• Strong problem-solving, budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination capabilities.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
