Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Lead MAC Technician in St. Louis to oversee moves, adds, and changes of office furniture and assets. You will lead a team of MAC Technicians, coordinate with facilities management, and ensure timely, safe, and high‑quality service.

You will supervise relocations, installations, and repairs, mentor technicians, and maintain accurate records while upholding safety standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in furniture moves, installations, or MAC operations preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and smartphones.
• Strong verbal and written communication in a corporate setting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools, dollies, and moving equipment.
• Physical ability to lift and push up to 75 lbs and walk up to 8 hours daily.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of MAC Technicians to execute work orders for moves, reconfigurations, and installs.
• Coordinate moves with facilities management; perform site assessments and report progress.
• Assemble, disassemble, and reconfigure office furniture systems and fixtures.
• Inspect quality and ensure client requirements are met; document work orders and inventory.
• Load/unload trucks; manage staging areas and maintain inventory.
• Enforce safety protocols on-site and mentor team members.
