GreenState Credit Union is seeking a MAC Representative I to support the Member Assistance Center across phone, email, chat, ITM and digital messaging. You will perform routine transactions, answer basic questions, and learn about GreenState products and processes while maintaining confidentiality and professional member interactions.

The role emphasizes multi-channel service, teamwork, and adherence to standards within a fast-paced credit union environment in North Liberty, IA.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a communication center and/or financial institution.
• Basic knowledge of deposit products and regulations or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills appropriate for member interactions across phone and digital channels.
• Ability to navigate multiple communication platforms and internal systems.
• Demonstrates reliability with attendance and punctuality.

Responsabilidades

• Assist members and potential members via phone, email, online chat, ITM, and digital messaging platforms.
• Answering basic questions about GreenState products and services.
• Completing routine transactions following established procedures.
• Identifying member needs and providing appropriate basic information.
• Ensuring timely follow up on tickets and escalating complex issues when needed.
• Follow established processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
