Job summary

Prisca Nova LLC in Bonita Springs, FL is hiring an IT Support Technician to join our early team and own day-to-day IT tasks for small business clients. You’ll handle Windows and Mac support, Microsoft 365 setup, onboarding/offboarding, and documentation with a focus on reliability and communication.

Ideal candidates have hands-on IT experience, a customer-service mindset, and a willingness to learn in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience with Windows and macOS
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 setup and user management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to document work and follow checklists

Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage support tickets for client environments
• Troubleshoot Windows PCs, printers, email, and basic networking
• Assist with Microsoft 365 setup, onboarding/offboarding, and user management
• Support Apple/Mac onboarding and PC-to-Mac migrations where needed
• Document client environments, procedures, and completed work; escalate when necessary
