Job summary

Magellan Jets is looking for an IT Support Specialist to assist a team of 120 end users in a Mac-centric environment. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and support Microsoft Office 365 and Okta identity management.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in help desk roles, familiarity with MDM platforms such as Mosyle or JAMF, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset. The role is primarily office-based in Quincy, MA with some flexibility for remote Fridays.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven help desk or user support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apple macOS and MacBook troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of MDM platforms; Mosyle or JAMF experience a plus.
• Familiar with networking basics and user identity management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for end users in a Mac environment.
• Support and administer Microsoft Office 365 and Okta.
• Assist with user accounts, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Help with cybersecurity education and IT process documentation.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve IT infrastructure.
