Job summary

RedSky LLC seeks a Microsoft365 Engineer/Purview SME (TS/SCI) to lead configuration, governance, and operations of USSOCOM's Microsoft 365 tenant with Purview at the center. This role drives policy, data governance, and compliance across sensitive data estates.

You will implement retention policies, DLP rules, and cross-domain data scans, while coordinating licensing and Entra ID administration for secure, compliant collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI or Full Scope Poly clearance required.
• 5+ years Purview implementation for sensitivity labels, information barriers, and DLP retention policies.
• 5+ years administering Microsoft 365 in a DoD or Federal environment, GCC High/IL5/IL6 preferred.
• 3+ years Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID and tenant management across classifications.
• 3+ years licensing model knowledge (E3, E5, F1/F3) with budgeting awareness.
• 3+ years administering tenant-level policies across multiple levels (NIPR, SIPR, SCI).
• 3+ years PowerShell for M365 administration; 3+ years Copilot governance experience.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration, governance, and operation of USSOCOM's Microsoft 365 tenant with Purview as centerpiece.
• Lead security, data governance, and compliance initiatives across DoD-bound environments.
• Develop licensing roadmaps and enforce budget-conscious purchasing.
