Job summary

Cyclotron, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Microsoft Purview Compliance Engineer for a fully remote role (US or Canada).

You will implement and manage Purview across Microsoft 365 and Azure, aligning data governance, compliance, retention, and risk management with client requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with a lead Architect, deliver as-built documentation, and guide client IT teams through enterprise deployments of Purview, Defender, Entra, and Intune.

Qualifications

• Experience with Purview in both Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001 standards.
• Strong problem-solving and client-facing communication.
• Azure or Microsoft 365 security certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design a comprehensive Purview solution for data governance, compliance and risk across Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Develop policies for data classification, retention and protection.
