Responsibilities

• Support enterprise governance initiatives for Copilot and AI-enabled services.
• Drive resolution of complex incidents and implement service improvements across M365.
• Partner with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, engineering standards, repeatable practices.
• Support strategic initiatives related to data governance and platform modernization.
