Job summary

Bank of America seeks an M365 and Power Platform Operational Manager to oversee daily operations, service stability, governance, and support readiness for enterprise collaboration tools. You will lead a team responsible for OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, and MS 365 services across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes reliable service delivery, incident coordination, and continuous improvement with cross-functional partnership across security, compliance, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing operational teams, vendors, service queues, or production support functions.
• Experience managing incidents, service requests, changes, escalations, and service metrics in IT service management.
• Understanding of identity and access concepts including Microsoft Entra ID and least-privilege administration.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 Office applications, and Power Platform services.
• Lead operational administrators, engineers, analysts, support resources, and vendor partners.
• Own operational readiness for service changes, feature releases, migrations, and governance changes.
• Oversee service health monitoring, incident trends, change calendars, backlog prioritization, and escalation management.
• Ensure operational controls for site lifecycle, sharing, permission standards, and storage management.
• Partner with security, compliance, records management, legal, risk, audit, and technology teams on data protection and information governance.
• Maintain standard operating procedures, runbooks, support models, and governance checklists.
• Drive problem management, root-cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.
• Prepare operational dashboards, leadership updates, and risk summaries.
