Job summary

Panasonic Automotive North America is seeking a Microsoft 365 Digital Workplace Lead to own strategy, governance, and lifecycle management for Panasonic's enterprise 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID, Purview, Defender for Office 365, Power Platform, and Copilot.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience supporting, managing, or leading Microsoft 365 services in a complex enterprise environment.
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID, Purview, Defender for Office 365.
• Strong governance, service management, identity integration, endpoint management, messaging, security, compliance, and data governance.
• Experience with Active Directory, hybrid identity, Entra Connect, MFA, Conditional Access, Zero Trust.
• Experience with migrations, tenant consolidation, domain changes, or related transformations.
• Proficient with PowerShell, Graph, Power Automate, APIs, or related automation technologies.
• Experience with service operations, licensing, vendor management, or cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Microsoft 365 strategic roadmap, governance, priorities, and platform lifecycle.
• Establish standards for messaging, collaboration, identity integration, endpoint management, and content lifecycle.
• Partner with cybersecurity and compliance to implement DLP, CA, MFA, retention, and email protection.
• Lead upgrades, rollouts, readiness, incident/change management, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee tenant migrations, consolidations, domain/UPN changes, and workload migrations.
• Govern Intune and Exchange capabilities including BYOD, device compliance, Windows Autopilot, mailbox lifecycle.
• Set governance for Copilot, Power Platform, and emerging workplace technologies.
• Drive automation and efficiency via PowerShell, Graph, Power Automate, and APIs.
• Manage licensing, cost optimization, usage analytics, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with BRMs on requirements, enablement, support readiness, and transition to operations.
