Job summary

Dev Technology Group seeks a Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Developer to design, build, deploy, and support business applications and automation for federal government clients. Focus areas include Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and related M365 technologies.

The role involves delivering secure, user-friendly solutions within an Agile/hybrid team, collaborating with PL/PM/Tech Lead to meet governance and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience developing business applications, workflow automation, or enterprise tech solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and building Power Apps Canvas apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Working knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and/or Microsoft Lists; familiarity with Microsoft 365 services.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Power Platform applications for federal government clients.
• Create Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven apps and automated flows with Power Automate.
• Configure data solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Lists, ensuring security and governance.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services and external systems.
• Troubleshoot issues, develop reusable components, and iterate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate in an Agile or hybrid delivery team with Jira/Azure DevOps.
