Job summary

Dev Technology is seeking a hands-on Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Developer to design, build, deploy, and support business applications and automation solutions for federal government clients. You will develop Power Apps Canvas/Model‑Driven apps, automate workflows with Power Automate, and design data solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Lists.

The role involves UI/UX design, integration with Microsoft 365 services, and collaboration with Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5+ years developing business applications or automation.
• Experience with Power Apps Canvas and Power Automate workflows.
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and/or Microsoft Lists.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook).
• Ability to design intuitive, professional UI/UX.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Understanding of design, data modeling, permissions, integrations, testing, deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Platform solutions.
• Build Canvas and Model‑Driven apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Configure data solutions using Dataverse and SharePoint Online.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services and external systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across apps, workflows, and integrations.
• Create reusable components and patterns for delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with leads, analysts, testers, and admins.
• Communicate blockers and risks to leadership.
