Dev Technology Group seeks a Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Developer to design, build, deploy, and support business applications and automation solutions for federal government clients. This role emphasizes Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and related Microsoft 365 technologies, delivering secure and user‑friendly solutions.

You will work within a multidisciplinary delivery team under a Program Manager or Technical Lead, translating business requirements into

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
3–5+ years of professional experience developing business applications and automation.
Hands-on Power Platform development experience including Power Apps canvas/model-driven apps and Power Automate.
Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Lists; knowledge of Microsoft 365 services.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Platform applications.
Build Power Apps Canvas and Model‑Driven apps and automated workflows with Power Automate.
Configure data solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Lists.
Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services and external systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, permissions, integration, and performance issues.
Develop reusable components, templates, and patterns to improve consistency and delivery efficiency.
