Job summary

Dev Technology Group seeks a Microsoft 365/Power Platform Developer to design, build, deploy, and support business applications for federal government clients. You will develop using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and related Microsoft 365 technologies.

The role focuses on creating secure, maintainable, and user‑friendly applications within a multidisciplinary delivery team led by an M365 Program Manager or Technical Lead.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional experience developing business applications or enterprise technology solutions.
• Hands‑on experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps Canvas and automated flows.
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and/or Microsoft Lists.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook).
• Ability to design intuitive, professional, user‑friendly interfaces with UI/UX fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Power Platform applications.
• Create Power Apps Canvas and Model‑Driven apps and automate workflows with Power Automate.
• Configure data solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Lists.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services and external systems.
• Troubleshoot issues across applications, workflows, permissions, and performance.
• Develop reusable components, templates, and patterns to improve consistency and delivery.
