Job summary

Dev Technology Group is seeking a Microsoft 365/Power Platform Developer to design, build, deploy, and support business apps for federal government clients. The role emphasizes Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and related Microsoft 365 tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical field.
• 3-5+ years of professional experience developing business applications and automations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience building Power Apps Canvas and Power Automate workflows.
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and/or Microsoft Lists.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook.
• Ability to design intuitive, professional UI/UX and responsive interfaces.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Understanding of design, data modeling, permissions, integrations, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Power Platform applications.
• Develop Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven apps and automated flows with Power Automate.
• Configure data solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Lists, and other sources.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services and external systems.
• Troubleshoot performance, permissions, and integration issues.
• Create reusable components, templates, and patterns for delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with Agile teams and participate in design reviews and demos.
• Support ALM practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
