Job summary

Dev Technology is seeking a Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support business applications for federal government clients. Focus areas include Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and related Microsoft 365 technologies.

The role operates within a multidisciplinary delivery team under a Program Manager or Technical Lead. A hands-on developer should translate business needs into secure, maintainable solutions with emphasis on UI/UX

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience developing business apps, automation, or enterprise tech solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience building Power Apps Canvas and Power Automate workflows.
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and/or Microsoft Lists.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook).
• Ability to design intuitive, professional UI/UX for applications.
• Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals: layout, navigation, responsiveness, accessibility.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Understanding of app design, data modeling, permissions, integrations, testing, deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Platform applications.
• Build Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven apps and automated workflows.
• Configure data solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Lists.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services and external systems.
• Troubleshoot applications, workflows, permissions, and performance issues.
• Create reusable components, templates, and patterns for consistency.
