Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is hiring for an M365 Platform Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day delivery and health of productivity and collaboration platforms in Orlando. This onsite role requires strong management of service reliability, documentation, and escalation processes.

The ideal candidate will coordinate resources, define project activities, and provide technical direction on architecture and integration decisions while managing vendor relationships and budget inputs.

• M365 experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery and operational health of productivity, communication, voice, and customer engagement platforms.
• Ensure services are reliable, supportable, documented, and operated to established service expectations.
• Provide escalation coverage; address workload, skill, performance, and staffing needs with the Director.
• Define project activities, assign resources, coordinate schedules, manage dependencies, and monitor delivery commitments.
• Provide technical direction for architecture, engineering design, integration, and implementation decisions.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, escalations, support cases, reviews, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate renewals, licensing analysis, purchasing, invoice review, forecasts, and budget inputs for assigned services.
