Job summary

BKF Engineers is seeking a Systems Engineer - M&A Integration to lead technical onboarding of acquired companies into BKF’s Microsoft 365 environment. The role emphasizes identity, collaboration services, and cloud security, working under the M&A Integration Lead.

Ideal candidates are technical generalists with strong Microsoft cloud experience who can work independently while following established migration architectures and plans. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and migrating Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with tenant, email, collaboration-platform, or enterprise IT migrations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, identity synchronization, MFA, SSO, and conditional access.
• Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Configuration Manager, or similar endpoint-management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical integration activities for acquired companies per architecture and migration plans.
• Migrate to Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive; support Google Workspace migrations.
• Handle identity and access integration (Entra ID, AAD, SSO, MFA, conditional access).
• Assist endpoint deployment, Intune enrollment, policy setup, and user authentication.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders; follow runbooks and hypercare processes.
