Sogeti, part of the Capgemini Group, is seeking a M365 Hands-On Architect to deliver Microsoft 365 solutions with emphasis on GCC environments, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and SharePoint modernization.

You will lead architecture across SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive, perform migrations, and provide hands-on technical leadership and client-facing support on projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 experience.
• Background with GCC or GCC High.
• Proven experience with T2T migrations.
• SharePoint Online migration and customization familiarity.
• PowerPlatform hands-on knowledge (Power Automate, minimally).
• Solid M365 identity, security, and PowerShell skills.
