Job summary

System One is seeking an on-site M365 Project Manager in Washington DC to lead both operational and project work for the M365 team. You will combine Scrum Master facilitation with hands-on project management to ensure delivery of services across Microsoft 365 platforms and enterprise tools.

The role requires 5–7 years of IT project management or Scrum Master experience, strong Kanban governance, and proven ability to coordinate with IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in IT project management or Scrum Master roles.
• Proven track record managing both operational and project work simultaneously.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in a Kanban environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand‑up meetings and align team priorities.
• Manage Kanban board with WIP limits and workflow optimization.
• Remove impediments and coach on Agile/Kanban practices.
• Plan, execute, and deliver M365 projects on time and within scope.
• Develop schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders and provide status updates.
• Oversee day‑to‑day M365 operations and manage SLAs.
