Job summary

Ascendum Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology and business transformation initiatives within the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. You will serve as the accountable leader for scope, schedule, budget, and delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

You will partner with executives and client teams to define strategy, establish priorities, and develop roadmaps aligned with long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years leading complex enterprise technology projects.
• Experience delivering Power Platform initiatives (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, PowerBI).
• Proven ability to manage multi‑million-dollar budgets and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and modern collaboration tools.
• PMI/PMO certifications preferred (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master).
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Accountable for scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, and delivery success across multiple projects.
• Partner with executives and clients to define strategy and roadmaps.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and governance activities.
• Manage client, vendor, and internal relationships with executive communication and escalation.
• Lead teams through all project lifecycle phases from initiation to post-implementation support.
• Develop detailed project plans, forecasts, budgets, risk registers, and dependencies.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and delivery metrics for senior leadership.
• Drive process improvements across delivery and PMO standards.
• Mentor project managers, business analysts, and coordinators.
