Job summary

ProPetro Services in Midland, TX, is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online for secure, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, cloud infrastructure, or IT security/support roles.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 tenant environments (Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online).

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 tenant environment.
• Manage Copilot licensing, usage tracking, and governance controls.
• Implement and maintain Purview DLP policies and data classification.
• Deploy and manage sensitivity labels across Microsoft 365.
• Govern Teams policies, access, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor security/compliance across M365 and coordinate with IT Security.
• Document configurations, policies, and governance standards.
