Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking an M365 Governance Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on managing the Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and changes in the tenant, coordinating with Technical Architects and the customer to ensure proactive governance of Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities include reviewing M365 service updates, managing SharePoint and Teams operations, developing SOPs, communicating status, and collaborating with architects, network engineers and security specialists to plan,

Qualifications

BA + 10 years of relevant experience.
5+ years of architecture and designing Microsoft 365 solutions.
Hands-on governance experience with Microsoft 365.
Strong cross-functional communication with stakeholders.
Experience with Microsoft Purview Compliance and Security.

Responsibilities

Review and manage M365 service updates.
M365 operations (SharePoint and Teams).
Assist in managing business relationships across internal teams, vendors, and 3rd party providers as needed to deliver managed services.
Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and run books for managed services.
Communicate with the customer to keep them informed of operational status, progress on agreed deliverables, and notifying them of impending changes or outages.
Collaborate with architects, network engineers and security specialists to plan, test and design M365 services.
Design Information protection and data security.
Implement sensitivity labels to classify and protect sensitive data.
