Job summary

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is seeking a full-time M&ST / CFD Student Services Specialist at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL. You will support the M&ST and CFD programs with student services, admin tasks, and classroom coordination.

Responsibilities include managing inquiries, registrations, and records; assisting with travel, reports, and program updates; and supporting instructors and students during training events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of administrative, program support, or student services experience.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, Teams, or equivalent systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Preferred: experience supporting education, training, or learning organizations.
• Preferred: experience with LMS Canvas.
• Preferred: familiarity with virtual training delivery tools.
• Preferred: experience with DoD or federal organizations.

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time M&ST / CFD Student Services Specialist at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL. This position supports Managerial & Supervisor Training (M&ST) and Civilian Foundational Development (CFD) programs through student support, administrative services, customer service, and classroom coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience supporting education, training, or learning organizations.
• Experience with LMS platforms such as Canvas.
• Familiarity with virtual training delivery and collaboration tools.
• Experience supporting Department of the Air Force or other federal organizations.
