Job summary

Oneida ESC Group seeks a full-time M&S/CFD Student Services Specialist to support Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex in Montgomery, AL. You will handle student inquiries, registrations, records, and help desk duties while assisting with both in-person and virtual course delivery.

You will coordinate schedules, maintain documentation, and assist instructors and students during trainings. Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years administrative, program support, or student services experience.
• Two years customer service experience.
• Two years experience using Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, Teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for students and program participants.
• Manage organizational email accounts and respond to student inquiries.
• Process registrations, withdrawals, completions, and student records.
• Provide help desk support and basic technical assistance.

Description

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time M&ST / CFD Student Services Specialist at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL. This position supports Managerial & Supervisor Training (M&ST) and Civilian Foundational Development (CFD) programs through student support, administrative services, customer service, and classroom coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for students and program participants.
• Manage organizational email accounts and respond to student inquiries.
• Process registrations, withdrawals, completions, and student records.
• Provide help desk support and basic technical assistance.
• Support resident and virtual course delivery.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of administrative, program support, or student services experience.
• Two (2) years of customer service experience.
• Two (2) years of experience using Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, Teams, or equivalent systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting education, training, or learning organizations.
• Experience with LMS platforms such as Canvas.
• Familiarity with virtual training delivery and collaboration tools.Experience supporting Department of the Air Force or other federal organizations.
