Job summary

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) seeks a highly motivated, full-time M&ST / CFD Student Services Specialist at Maxwell AFB‑Gunter Annex in Montgomery, Alabama. You will support training programs through student services, admin tasks, and classroom coordination.

Responsibilities include liaison work with students, managing inquiries, processing registrations, and supporting both resident and virtual courses while assisting instructors and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in admin, program support, or student services.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, LMS, and collaboration tools.

Description

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time M&ST / CFD Student Services Specialist at Maxwell AFB‑Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL. This position supports Managerial & Supervisor Training (M&ST) and Civilian Foundational Development (CFD) programs through student support, administrative services, customer service, and classroom coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for students and program participants.
• Manage organizational email accounts and respond to student inquiries.
• Process registrations, withdrawals, completions, and student records.
• Provide help desk support and basic technical assistance.
• Support resident and virtual course delivery.
• Assist with classroom preparation, setup, and teardown activities.
• Coordinate annual schedules, electronic catalogs, and program updates.
• Assist with travel-related inquiries and course administrative support.
• Support instructors, presenters, and students during training events.
• Prepare reports and maintain program documentation.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of administrative, program support, or student services experience.
• Two (2) years of customer service experience.
• Two (2) years of experience using Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, Teams, or equivalent systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting education, training, or learning organizations.
• Experience with LMS platforms such as Canvas.
• Familiarity with virtual training delivery and collaboration tools.
• Experience supporting Department of the Air Force or other federal organizations.
