Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates seeks an Overnight Associate to keep both front of house and back of house stocked, neat, and safe for guests. The role requires executing policies on inventory, replenishment, quality, and food safety while maintaining a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising and adapting to a fast-paced store environment, with weekend and holiday availability for overnight shifts and potential overtime. Immediate openings are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• 8+ months of merchandising, stocking or warehouse experience
• Willing to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and peers
• Ability to follow safety, quality and loss prevention procedures

Required working hours for this role are 11pm - 7am. You will be expected to work up to 5 days per week (usually Monday - Friday), with the potential for overtime.

This position pays $20.20 per hour plus a $1.50/hr shift differential.

Job Overview:

Our Overnight Associates ensures both front of house and back of house areas are well prepared and stocked (neat clean, organized, operational and safe), allowing guests to shop with ease.

This role is responsible for executing the established policies and procedures relating to inventory, replenishment, quality, and allfood safetyrequirements.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Must have at least 8 months of previousmerchandising, stocking and/or warehouse experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety,food handling, Quality,Loss PreventionandEmergency procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with overnight hours,including weekends and holidays.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position mayalso include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offeredand the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).
