Job summary

M&M’S New York is seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates for the 2026 Holiday Season, September 2026 to January 2027, with potential for permanent placement based on performance. The role pays $20.20 per hour and offers opportunities for growth within Mars.

Primary duties include processing shipments, setting up the chocolate room, cycle counts, and merchandising for the sales floor while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years previous retail merchandising, stocking or warehouse experience.
• Ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and prepare/ set up merchandise for the sales floor.
• Merchandise items on the floor and maintain organization of the chocolate room.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist guest service when needed.
• Provide exceptional guest service and support store operations.
