Job summary

M&M'S New York is seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates for the 2026 Holiday Season. The role runs from September 2026 to January 2027 with potential to become permanent based on performance and business need.

The position pays $20.20 per hour and requires eligibility to work in the U.S. Employees must be 18 or older to qualify, with flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous retail merchandising, stocking or warehouse experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with diverse guests and peers.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently and in a team.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ages 18 and older eligible for this role.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and prepare/ setup chocolate room.
• Complete cycle counts and merchandise items for the sales floor.
• Provide exceptional guest service on the retail floor.
• Fill in for Guest Experience Associates as needed.
• Maintain safety, food handling and loss prevention procedures.

Job Overview

Operations Associates primary focus is to process shipments, prepare and setup chocolate room, complete cycle counts, and merchandise items for the sales floor, while ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Operations Associates are also required to provide exceptional guest service while filling in for Guest Experience Associates on the retail floor they will be required to provide exceptional guest service

Job Specifications/Qualifications

• Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics .
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• 1-2 years previous retail merchandising, stocking or warehouse experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety , food handling , Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends,and/or holidays
• Ages 18 and older eligible for this role
