Qualifications and Eligibility:

• Candidates 18 and older eligible for this role.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• 1-2 years previous retail merchandising, stocking or warehouse experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ages 18 and older eligible for this role.

Job Overview

Operations Associates primary focus is to process shipments, prepare and set up chocolate room, complete cycle counts, and merchandise items for the sales floor, while ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Operations Associates are also required to provide exceptional guest service while filling in for Guest Experience Associates on the retail floor; they will be required to provide exceptional guest service.
