Job summary

M&M’S New York is seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates for the 2026 Holiday Season, with work from September 2026 to January 2027 and potential to become permanent based on performance. The role pays $20.20 per hour and requires 18+ eligibility.

Primary duties include processing shipments, setting up the chocolate room, completing cycle counts, and merchandising items for the sales floor while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• 1-2 years previous retail merchandising, stocking or warehouse experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ages 18 and older eligible for this role.

Job Overview

OperationsAssociates primary focus is to process shipments, prepare and setup chocolate room, complete cycle counts, and merchandise items for thesalesfloor, while ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Operations Associates are also required to provide exceptionalguest servicewhile filling in forGuest ExperienceAssociates on the retail floor they will be required to provide exceptionalguest service
