M&M’S New York is currently seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates for the2026 Holiday Season!This position will be from September 2026 to January 2027 with the potential to become a permanent associate based on performance and business need.

This position pays $20.20 per hour.

Candidates ages 18 or older eligible for this position.

Job Overview

Our Seasonal Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of thesalesfloor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, character buddy, cashier,selling, ormerchandisingposition. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily salesandmetrics.
• Must have authorizationto work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years old to apply
• 1-2 years of previous retail experience required.
• Stronginterpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety,food handling, Quality,Loss Preventionand Emergency procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings,weekends,and/orholidays
