Job summary

Mars Incorporated in New York is seeking Overnight Associates to ensure front of house and back of house areas are stocked, neat, organized, and safe for guests.

This role runs 11pm–7am, up to 5 days per week with possible overtime, pays $20.20 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential, and includes opportunities for career development and store discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years old to apply
• Must have at least 8 months of previous merchandising, stocking and/or warehouse experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with overnight hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Overview

This role is responsible for executing the established policies and procedures relating to inventory, replenishment, quality, and allfood safetyrequirements.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position mayalso include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offeredand the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).
