Job summary

Ceetech, part of the RSK Group, is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to support commercial management of M&E projects across our service areas.

The successful candidate will handle contract administration, valuations, variations, claims and financial reporting, and will work closely with clients, supply chains and project teams. A degree in QS and 3-5+ years of experience are expected, with strong Excel and measurement software skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical qualification in Quantity Surveying or Building Services.
• 3–5+ years of commercial/post-contract experience in M&E.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, construction law and JCT/NEC contracts.
• Proficient in Excel and measurement software.

Responsibilities

• Review contract conditions and administer commercial documentation.
• Manage valuation processes and interim payments.
• Identify, price, and negotiate variations or change orders.
• Prepare monthly cost-value reconciliation, cash flow tracking and forecasting.
