A key client of mine, who specialise in Civil Engineering/Groundwork's, is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the North East.

This company has recently won a number of regional projects and as a direct result, is looking to expand their team.

This role will involve being responsible for contracts with groundwork's of national house builders, commercial re-generation projects, and retail/commercial projects (all focusing on groundwork's and civil engineering).

The ideal candidate will come from a civil engineering background and will have been involved in groundwork's for housing and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Delivery, in terms of cost, budgets, preparation and submission of valuations.
• Completing monthly cost/valuation reports and maintaining all schedules.
• Assisting in the tender process, preparing bills of quantities and schedules.
• New-build housing, groundwork's, earthworks and civil engineering.

We would consider Quantity Surveyors with Estimating experience.
