Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a M/E Engineer 2 for our Advanced Facilities group. You will perform routine mechanical, electrical and field construction activities, assist in developing estimates, and support bid analysis to help deliver complex industrial projects.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2+ years of construction/engineering experience, with strong MS Office and ability to read plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, architectural engineering or related field.
• 2+ years construction/engineering experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to read plans.
• Familiarity with mechanical/electrical estimating and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Completes routine mechanical, electrical and field construction activities.
• Learns to develop mechanical/electrical scopes of work for bid coordination.
• Assists in bid analysis and subcontractor selection.
• Supports commissioning and shop drawing processes.
• Participates in developing schedules for M/E systems.
• Performs site inspections and ensures quality and safety compliance.
• Interacts with project teams to deliver on-time project milestones.
