Job summary

TOTE Maritime is seeking a TMPR-M and R Coordinator in Jacksonville, FL to oversee maintenance and repair operations for equipment and terminal assets. The role reports to the Equipment Manager and supervises vendors, part suppliers, and contractors within a set budget.

Responsibilities include cost management, invoice validation, and ensuring adherence to M&R procedures across locations. Strong leadership, English proficiency, and experience in fleet maintenance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of M&R experience.
• Degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience required.
• Must demonstrate leadership, management, planning and commitment to company goals.
• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to comprehend, speak and write English.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate and approve M&R invoices.
• Ensure that all M&R related costs are in line with the established plan / budget.
• Provide detailed explanation of all cost related variances when experienced.
• Ensure compliance of all M&R related procedures.
• Coordinate and document required repairs for shipper owned equipment damaged while in TOTE control.
• Maintain and update M&R ISO SOPs and Work Instructions annually.
