Andersen is seeking a Transactional Counsel to lead legal support for acquisitions across the U.S. and international targets. You will coordinate with internal teams, outside counsel, and business stakeholders to guide NDAs, due diligence, term sheets, and acquisition agreements.

The role requires a J.D., 3+ years in corporate transactions, and a track record of analytical, proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of legal practice with corporate transactions (M&A or private equity).
• Commitment to high ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all phases of acquisition transactions, including NDAs, due diligence, and drafting agreements.
• Coordinate with internal and external counsel and deal teams to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Analyze issues and propose practical, low-risk solutions during negotiations.
• Support post-closing integration efforts and closing coordination.
