Job summary

Allegion seeks an Integration Leader for Global IT M&A to drive end-to-end post-merger integration execution. You’ll coordinate with Regional M&A Directors, manage IT resources across multiple integrations, and ensure cost control and timely delivery of synergies.

The role requires extensive IT leadership experience, a deep understanding of enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and a strategic, data-driven mindset to safeguard global IT operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT leadership, incl. 5+ years in complex IT M&A / PMI.
• Experience coordinating across regions (Americas and International) and cultures.
• Strong financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost-tracking capabilities.
• Ability to matrix-manage cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own post-day-1 IT integration execution for acquired entities.
• Bridge due diligence findings into actionable integration plans.
• Manage IT resource capacity and risk across a high-volume portfolio.
• Develop and refine the post-merger integration playbook and metrics.
• Lead governance, risk, and stakeholder reviews with senior leadership.
