Job summary

Evergreen Services Group, a San Francisco-based holding company, is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to own acquisition accounting and onboarding for all deals. You will review opening balance sheets, drive GAAP transitions, and prepare complex standalone positions for the consolidated group.

You'll partner with the Assistant Controller, Grove accounting teams, valuation advisors, and external auditors to ensure accurate GAAP treatment from diligence through post-close reporting, building

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with public accounting, consulting, or industry background.
• Extensive experience preparing and reviewing ASC 805 materials and other complex technical matters (ASC 606, 350, 810, 718).

Responsibilities

• Lead ASC 805 opening balance sheets and purchase price allocations for acquisitions.
• Own onboarding program for newly acquired companies, including playbook and deliverables.
• Draft technical accounting memos on complex GAAP areas and support audits.
