Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of progressive accounting/audit experience.
• Supervisory/managerial experience a plus.
• Experience with complex M&A accounting transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft’s suite of business applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting analysis for purchase accounting on M&A.
• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support month-end close activities and enhance internal controls.
• Collaborate with the M&A team for accounting integrations.
