Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Strategy professional focused on M&A to drive sourcing, evaluation, and execution of acquisitions and partnerships. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders across R&D, GTM, and Finance to ensure successful outcomes in a fast-growing environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, analytical rigor, and intellectual curiosity as Cloudflare continues to scale its global footprint and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of professional or military experience including investment banking/investing and corporate development at high-growth B2B technology companies.
• Strong technical aptitude and product fluency in Internet infrastructure, AI, cybersecurity, and B2B SaaS markets.
• Proven ability to lead or play a key role in end-to-end M&A processes from sourcing to closing.
• Curious, analytical problem-solver who distills ambiguity into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role on all phases of M&A from ideation through execution.
• Partner with M&A team and with R&D/GTM leaders to evaluate opportunities and drive deals.
• Drive end-to-end deal execution including financial/strategic analysis and negotiations.
• Lead or support new partnership efforts and other strategy projects as needed.
