Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager in M&A I&D to guide deal execution and integration strategies for clients, delivering high-impact advisory services across all M&A lifecycle phases. You will lead projects, mentor staff, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize value in complex market conditions.

You will work with senior executives, support business development, and utilize data-driven approaches to enable pre-deal and post-deal success, Day 1 planning, and post-merger integration efforts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years M&A or M&A service delivery experience.
• Ability to lead engagements and manage cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Strong written, verbal communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities
