Deloitte, a leading global professional services firm, seeks an M&A IT Senior Consultant to guide technology integration and divestiture efforts across transactions. The role supports IT separation, integration prioritization, and transformation initiatives to accelerate value realization.

This position requires 4+ years in M&A IT delivery, strong IT domain experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and possibly an MBA with consulting exposure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in M&A integration and/or divestiture service delivery within the information technology function.
• 4+ years of experience in one information technology domain.
• Bachelor's degree.
• MBA plus 2+ years of consulting or industry experience; or MBA and 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through IT integration and separation planning, analysis, and execution.
• Assessing applications, infrastructure, data, and IT operating models to identify Day 1, transitional, and end-state requirements.
• Developing workplans, tracking milestones, coordinating dependencies across workstreams, and identifying changes in scope or risks.
• Building business cases, financial analyses, and client-ready deliverables to support IT synergy, cost reduction, migration, and rationalization decisions.
• Working with managers and cross-functional teams to validate outputs, communicate recommendations, and deliver work aligned to client needs and engagement objectives.
