Job summary

Deloitte France seeks an M&A IT Manager to join the M&A Integration & Divestiture team within Strategy & Transactions. You will guide complex IT diligence, integration, and separation in transactions, shaping Day 1 and long‑term transition plans with cross‑functional teams.

You will lead IT workstreams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development and practice-building activities in a fast‑paced advisory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years experience in M&A integration and/or divestiture service delivery within IT.
• 6+ years experience leading IT due diligence, IT integration, IT separation, or IT transformation workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT due diligence, integration, separation, and transformation workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Assess client technology environments, risks, dependencies, and develop Day 1, TSA, and long‑term transition plans.
• Manage project plans, deliverables, status reports, and cross‑functional coordination with business, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and applications stakeholders.
• Develop client-ready materials including assessments, operating models, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
