Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in M&A integration and/or divestiture service delivery within the information technology function.
• 4+ years of experience in one information technology domain.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years consulting or industry experience; MBA +2 years acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through IT integration and separation planning, analysis, and execution.
• Assess applications, infrastructure, data, and IT operating models to identify Day 1, transitional, and end-state requirements.
• Develop workplans, track milestones, coordinate dependencies across workstreams, identify changes in scope or risks.
• Build business cases, financial analyses, and client-ready deliverables to support IT synergy, cost reduction, migration, and rationalization decisions.
• Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to validate outputs and deliver client-ready recommendations.
