Job summary

Accenture is seeking a highly qualified Corp Dev Manager to join the North America Corporate Development team. You will lead deal lifecycle activities, from origination to integration, including due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiations with Senior Leadership involvement.

The role requires strong program management across Go-to-Market, HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Workplace workstreams, with travel up to 35%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Operations or Finance at a large corporation.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team

Responsibilities

• Participate in merger and acquisition (M&A) pipeline development.
• Evaluate and summarize M&A prospect information from various sources.
• Develop and oversee financial models to evaluate a target's projections and perform valuation analyses (DCF, accretion/dilution).
• Compile materials for internal management and Investment Committee approval.
• Lead negotiations and present to Senior Leadership.
• Coordinate PMI activities and governance across Workstreams.
