Job summary

MCI is seeking a results-driven M&A Transaction Manager to lead strategic assessments and execute complex transactions. You’ll collaborate with leaders across finance, legal, and operations to drive growth through well‑executed deals.

You will manage due diligence, build business cases, model synergies, and design integration plans to realize value post-close. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in M&A or strategy, with strong finance, communication, and project‑management skills.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in M&A execution, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proven experience managing complex M&A transactions from start to finish.
  • Background in BPO or services industry preferred.

M&A Transaction Manager - Strategy and Execution

We’re looking for a results‑driven professional to lead strategic assessments and execute complex M&A initiatives. You’ll work closely with business leaders, finance, legal, and operations to drive corporate growth through well‑executed transactions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA strongly preferred).
  • 6+ years in M&A execution, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
  • Proven experience managing complex M&A transactions from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation, and strategic planning.
  • Background in BPO or services industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, deal‑driven environments.
