Job summary

Fortive seeks a Manager of Corporate Development in Everett, WA to partner with the VP of Corporate Development and CFO across global M&A efforts. You will lead financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and deal execution, coordinating cross-functionally with operating company leaders and external advisors.

The role demands 2–3 years of M&A experience, strong quantitative skills, and a deep understanding of valuation methodologies, with exposure to industrial technology and healthcare

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of M&A experience at an investment bank, M&A advisory boutique, private equity fund, corporate development group, or relevant financial services firm.

Responsibilities

• Support the identification, prioritization, and evaluation of potential acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities.
• Build financial models, including P&L and cash flow forecasts for potential targets.
• Develop valuation analyses (comps, precedent transactions, DCF, LBO) to support bidding strategies.
• Assist due diligence coordination across finance, legal, tax, and operating teams.
• Support deal execution and integration planning through post-closing activities.
