Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, management consulting, corporate strategy, or related field.
• Strong understanding of the M&A lifecycle, including valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and transaction execution.
• Experience conducting market research and developing strategic insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Development function through the execution of M&A and strategic growth initiatives.
• Lead and manage active acquisition opportunities from initial evaluation through closing.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry assessments to identify attractive investment opportunities.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, business cases, and executive presentations to support decision-making.
• Partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to cultivate and evaluate strategic opportunities.
• Analyze financial statements, operational performance, and long-range business plans to assess potential targets.
• Create and communicate compelling investment theses by synthesizing data into actionable recommendations.
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and target companies.
• Support post-transaction planning and integration efforts as needed.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive dynamics to shape corporate strategy.
